Stephanie Carson-Henderson, M.D.

Dr. Carson was born in Dallas, Texas, and grew up in the west Texas town of Alpine. She attended the University of Notre Dame as a Notre Dame Scholar where she received a B.A. in Professional Studies and English literature. Dr. Carson then returned to Texas where she received her M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She completed her internship and residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. Dr. Carson joined The Woman’s Group in 2003 and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Carson and her husband, Terrance, have three beautiful children, Isabel, Jackson and Ethan.  Dr. Carson is fluent in Spanish and enjoys reading, gardening, traveling and college football.
